As you know, Beaudream acquired the freehold of the Avenue in Summer 2012 and we have since spent a lot of time getting to know both properties and people. As the new custodians of this classic estate, we see potential to enhance and improve the Avenue for everyone’s benefit.
After such a long period of ownership by Durban Estates as landlord and the Crown Estate as freeholder, we recognise that a change in ownership can lead to feelings of uncertainty amongst some residents but we hope to reassure you that we understand your concerns and will do our utmost to address them. We welcome feedback from all residents, both individually and through the leaseholders association.
